Seetal (Volunteer)
Seetal has worked for various charities; for RASASC as a helpline volunteer and for the NSPCC assembly service. She also has experience in supporting survivors of rape and sexual violence through the criminal justice process. Alongside volunteering at Aurora, Seetal also volunteers for a local ethnic minority charity; and in her spare time, she enjoys dancing, fitness classes and anything music related.
Seetal believes that everyone holds their own power to healing and at times we might need help in unleashing that power. She is passionate about helping people to find their voice and to be heard in a non-judgemental way and hopes to continue her training in counselling. As a volunteer at Aurora she aims to provide non-therapeutic support around clients' counselling sessions.
