Christina is an integrative counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. Drawing on humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, she adapts sessions flexibly to each person's individual needs. She offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space, ensuring that clients always set the pace and remain anchored and in control. Alongside talking, she provides the option to use body-aware and creative methods to explore different parts of the self and their protective roles.

Christina holds an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton and an MSc in Psychology from Birkbeck College. Her work is informed by ongoing study into somatic approaches to trauma recovery.
