Chantal (Integrative Counsellor)
Chantal is a qualified integrative therapist and has been working with survivors of abuse for 10 years (since 2013).
When Chantal entered into her training as a therapist in 2011 it was with the intention to work with survivors as this is something that is very close to her heart and that she feels very passionately about. Chantal worked at Aurora between 2013 and 2018 and is now happy to be back working for the service.
The foundation of Chantal’s work is built on empathy, allowing for her clients to go at their own pace and the importance of the relationship between therapist and client. Working in an integrative way means that she integrates different approaches together giving opportunity to provide tailor made therapy to each individual.
Chantal sincerely believes that everyone has the ability to heal no matter what our life’s journey has been.
